Lexington therapists each have their own private office equipped with materials to conduct effective sessions. Sessions within the clinic environment are all 1 hour long.

In-Home Services
Lexington Therapies provides Speech and Occupational Therapies In-Home. Prioritizing the generalization of skills across environment is of the upmost importance.

Our therapists will travel to the comfortability of your home and work 1:1 with the member. Therapists use functional objects within the home environment in order to support independence in the home environment.

Lexington Therapies currently serves the cities of Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Cave Creek, ShowLow, Payson, and are expanding into new areas today.
Teletherapy Services
Lexington Therapies provides Teletherapy for Occupational, Speech, Feeding, and Music Therapy. Therapists work 1:1 with our members through video conferencing.
Teletherapy options are available for clients who wish to stay home but ensure their child does not fall behind in their learning. If you are not yet comfortable with in-person visits or treatments, this therapy option will be ideal for you and your family.
